This is Zhell’s take on the classical 5-cards pendulum effect.

The classical has been rebuilt and turned on its head so that you are not the one using the pendulum to divine their card, but instead they are the one using the pendulum to divine your card.

This means that the magic happens in their own hands – and they cannot escape it even if they don’t believe in pendulum magic or try to fight it.

But at the end comes a quicker, where not only are you able to reveal the pendulum influenced their choice from the very start, but also that an impossible synchronicity happened where a loved friend or family member they thought of has been connected to the entire experience from the start.

We ship you a gold and glass pendulum that looks beautiful, but you can improvise a pendulum at any time using your own keys. Or you can use a necklace that you often wear. For example, Zhell always carries his keys with a key band so that they can be used as an improvised pendulum at any time –  but performing with an actual pendulum makes it all the more mysterious.

• a special handcraftet gimmicked pen that when combined with the principles we will reveal to you, can be used to reveal any form of information right under their nose, without any need for nailwriting, pocketwriting or other tricky techniques. Instead, we use only this gimmicked pen with clever plotting and misdirection to be able to write right under their nose and they’ll NEVER suspect it. We’ll also explain to you how to build your own gimmicked pens so you don’t have to depend on rebuying new ones regularly and so you can save money. Note that this pen is not necessary to perform the effect, but it adds such an amazing and fooling subtlety that you’ll probably want to include it as well in your performance.
